Once an item is purchased on your behalf, a refund covers the product price minus any non-recoverable costs. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swtoro.com\/contact-us\/\">contact us<\/a> within [7] days of delivery with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n<li>Photos of the item and the packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You may be asked to return the item; if so, we cover the return shipping cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change of Mind<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because our orders are purchased individually on your behalf, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. If you&#8217;d like to return an item anyway, contact us within [7] days of delivery \u2014 we&#8217;ll confirm whether the item is eligible and quote the return shipping cost, which is paid by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process and Timing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [3\u20135] business days of approval.
